Irving School's
Nature and Science Clubs

Welcome to the Nature and Science Clubs Website!

The Nature and Science Clubs were PTO-sponsored after-school activities for Irving School students interested in nature, science, and technology.

The clubs were very informal, and are offered for 3rd through 5th graders.  We emphasized hanging out with friends while engaging with hands-on activities like exploring pond water, hunting for fossils, experimenting with magnets, and taking apart and building electronic devices.  There were lots of activities at every meeting, and members choose what to do with their friends.  To read about some of the activities we did during earlier years, please go here.  To see an example of an information sheet from a previous year, please go here.  To see a registration form from a previous year, go here.
